Denette Morvant
Director of Human Resources

Denette Morvant, Director of Human Resources, oversees recruitment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, and policy development. In her 11 year tenure, she has served in the positions of HR Specialist, Executive Assistant to the CEO, and her current role, Director of Human Resources. Denette’s success and growth with our community began with the Vision 2000 community expansion, which doubled our workforce. Her development of HR processes over the years has laid the foundation for meeting the challenges of a growing community. Her leadership has provided for enhanced benefit programs, employee relations training for managers, and increased communication to staff. Denette formerly served as the Chairman of our own Outreach Committee, which serves both staff and the outside community through fundraising and special projects. She currently oversees the SHARE Program, which was developed to aid our own staff in times of crisis.

Her experience includes over 13 years in Human Resources and 2 years in customer service management. Her diverse background has provided her with the ability to understand and relate to people of all cultures and backgrounds.
