Director of Assisted Services & Highland Court

Sharon has over 30 years experience in nursing and business management. Upon joining the SJP team in September 2009, she became the Director of Assisted Services and also manages the Highland Court Nursing dementia neighborhood.

Her responsibilities include staff management, census and revenue development, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and physical plant supervision. She is implementing extensive training for staff in both assisted services and Highland Court Nursing featuring the Meaningful Days Program for residents.
