Domingo San Miguel has over two decades of management and leadership experience in all phases of facilities management, personnel development, quality improvement and training. For the past 20 years his focus has been on developing his skills in Physical Plant Management.

Domingo San Miguel served for 10 years as the Facilities Manager for Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. He also served the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Maintenance Committee Chairman and Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Safety Committee Chairman. He has acquired a vast amount of knowledge in the operation and maintenance of HVAC Equipment, Emergency Generator Systems, Electrical Systems, Energy Management Systems and Building Construction.

He has successfully managed several large capital projects ranging from 100k to over 1 million dollars.
