Position Title:

Cook

Department: Dining Services
Employee Reports To:

Employment Status: Full Time
Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Executive Chef & Sous Chef, the Cook prepares the kitchen & food production areas for use, prepares foods for residents, staff & guests and may assist with general cleaning, dish & pot washing. The Cook supervises kitchen staff ensuring that policies & procedures are adhered to and that proper sanitation, safety and infection control policies are followed.
