At St. James Place Assisted Living, residents get the help they need to continue to enjoy life to its fullest. Assisted Living is a community unto itself, on the south end of the campus. It has its own lobby, concierge, staff, dining room, and other common areas. Residents live in one or two-bedroom apartments, decorated to their tastes with their own personal furnishings. Some apartments have private patios. Three delicious meals are provided each day, and parties and other activities are a regular event.

Our Personal Care Assistants support residents with prompting and stand-by help for daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing and medication. The staff is on hand 24 hours a day, giving the residents and their families peace of mind that help is right outside your apartment door.

HIGHLAND COURT ASSISTED is a special part of the Assisted Living community, for residents who need "memory care" due to dementia and other neurological impairments. This area is a secure neighborhood and is staffed by caring employees who've been trained to assist residents with dementia.

Residents with more advanced stages of dementia live in our HIGHLAND COURT ENHANCED which is part of our nursing care center. For more information on it, please click the button labeled "skilled nursing."

Please note that all assisted living services are available to residents of St. James Place through the life care program. Direct admission for seniors who are not residents at St. James Place is also available.
