The state-of-the-art St. James Place Nursing Care center, located in the beautiful Health & Wellness building, could not be further from that image! It provides 24-hour nursing care in a building that is uniquely designed and extraordinarily attractive. Most importantly, the caliber of care provided is superb. Residents receive personalized attention from a professional, compassionate, trained staff. Both the physical environment and the excellent care truly set it apart
from all other nursing care centers you've ever seen.
Our nursing care center is proud to offer:

- Freedom of choice for menu selections
- Freedom to rise and retire at times of resident's choosing
- No overhead paging system
- No medical scrubs worn by staff
- Personal laundry done by care givers, separate from other's clothes
- Flexible times for bathing and medicine administration
All nursing services are resident- and family-centered, with a preventative and restorative focus. St. James Place is a Medicare-certified skilled care provider for those who need rehabilitation after a hospital stay.
In addition to long-term stays, life-care residents enjoy the option of short-term stays in nursing care, in that St. James Place will hold their independent living apartment for up to three months. All efforts are made to facilitate the resident returning to independent living if at all possible.
HIGHLAND COURT ENHANCED is a separate part of St. James Place nursing care, specifically for residents with Alzheimer's and other forms of advanced dementia. This beautiful community has 26 private rooms and the best possible care for its residents. It is a secure neighborhood with an inviting courtyard area in which residents may enjoy the outdoors in a safe environment.
Please note: Direct admissions are allowed into both the Nursing Care center and Highland Court Enhanced.
