All apartments are one or two-bedroom residences, most newly remodeled. All apartment buildings are three stories with elevators located conveniently throughout. The Garden Homes and Patio Homes are separate from the apartment buildings, and consist of several residences under one roof. Residents who live in Garden Homes enjoy parking right in front of their home; residents in Patio Homes enjoy an attached garage and a driveway.
